Hack-Ur-Way
HackUrWay was a competitive hackathon event organised by IIC TMSL as a part of Envisage' 23. It was a great opportunity for us to proliferate our hands-on skills on problem-solving abilities and design software based solutions to problems involving real life circumstances.
Envisage is the official E-Summit of Techno Main Salt Lake organised by the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) which hosted many events like HackUrWay among others.
Weather-Me
WeatherMe is a simple material design weather website application with all the features present in a weather app, delivering real-time weather information tailored to your current location. The website was created as a part of our project for the HackUrWay Hackathon using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
We used the OpenWeatherMap API for our weather services and the website is deployed using Vercel.

provides weather updates and upcoming forecasts in realtime.
The various features of the website include:
- Automatically syncs with the current location.
- Available in both light and dark mode.
- Shows current wind speed and humidity.
- Option for multiple locations via Search functionality.
- Option to switch from °C to °F.
- Fetch the forecast and cloud cover for the next 7 days.
- Elegant Material User Interface.
